All circuit pipework is machined within the Uni-Block, which can also house integral components within the block.
Integral pipework eliminates leakage. Furthermore sub-base components are attached to the Uni-Block and sealed with ‘O’ Rings, further reducing the possibility of leakage from threads.
Uni-Blocks can be manufactured in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium and plastics. Uni-Blocks can be quickly removed and replaced for ease of maintenance.

FROM DESIGN TO PROTOTYPE
The control circuit is modified to optimise flow paths within the Uni-Block. Once the circuit is complete the correct sub-base mounted components are selected and a 3D drawing is produced for the client. The layout is then approved and a prototype block is produced. All flow paths are internally inspected using vision probes to ensure zero contamination is present. The prototype is then made available for field trials before final Uni-Block production is authorised.
Our engineers convert a pneumatic circuit into a bespoke machined block. All circuitry pipework is eliminated and replaced with a series of machined flow paths within the block. All control components are sub-base mounted and sealed to the block using ‘O’ Rings. Inlet and outlet fittings are Push-In ‘inserts’ which are also sealed with ‘O’ Rings, eliminating all possible thread leakage. The finished control block is etched to highlight component and port identification. A unique identification code is attached, ensuring spare parts are ordered via the client.
